摘要
为克服现有曲拐生产材料利用率低、操作复杂、锻件流线被切断、脱模困难等缺点,设计曲轴成形的多向模锻工艺。充分利用多向模锻压力机的优点,实现自动脱模,连续化程度高,操作简单,工人劳动强度低。试验结果表明,该工艺能够明显减少曲轴锻件的机加工余量,提高材料的利用率。所生产的大型船用曲轴的金属流线完整性好,组织致密,机械性能好,服役寿命长。
A multi-ram forging technique was designed to overcome current disadvantages of marine crankshaft forging methods,such as,complicated operations,discontinuous flowlines and difficult stripping from dies.It makes fully use of the features of a multi-ram die-forging press,and the automatic workpiece-stripping,highly continuous and simple operations,and low labour intensity are realized.Test results show the designed technique considerably reduces machining allowances of the multi-ram forged marine crankshaft,and increases the material utilization rate.The extra-large marine crankshafts are of countinuous flowlines,compact structures,excellent mechanical properties,and extended service life.
