摘要
为了分析模具在计算机软件辅助下制造模式的情况,利用计算机软件计算机辅助设计模具有限元分析方法,为模具的制造模式及与其相连工件构建模型,并对其进行实体单元离散处理,同时为结构剩余部分构建宏观模型也同样进行了单元离散.按照欧拉梁理论设定的截面假设推导得到对上述二种模型界面位移增量进行约束的方程.通过检验L估计值的大小来判断其是否合理,以说明该方法的有效性和可行性.
In order to analyze the manufacturing mode of mould under the assistance of computer software,the finite element analysis method of mold is designed by computer software,and the manufacturing mould of mold and the model of its connected workpiece are built,and the entity unit is discretized. At the same time,the macro model for the remaining part of the structure is also discretized in the unit. In accordance with the cross section hypothesis set by Euler beam theory,the equation to restrain the increment of the interface displacement of the two models is derived. The validity and feasibility of the method is explained by checking the size of estimation value of L to judge whether it is reasonable.
