掺轻质油分再生剂冷再生沥青混合料设计 被引量:11

摘要 目前冷再生技术对于旧混合料的利用仅限于作为"黑色集料"使用,通过在冷再生沥青混合料中添加轻质油分再生剂,实现对旧沥青混合料中老化沥青性能恢复和再利用无疑是对旧沥青混合料的最优化利用。通过试验研究轻质油分再生剂掺量、闷料时间以及轻质油分再生剂比例构成三因素对冷再生沥青混合料性能影响。试验结果表明:轻质油分再生剂的最佳掺量为0.75%,闷料时间为0 min对冷再生沥青混合料强度最佳,轻质油分与再生剂复配比例为7∶3最优。对路用性能分析得出,按最佳再生剂设计方案添加轻质油分再生剂,冷再生沥青混合料水稳定性和低温性能明显改善,但动稳定度略有降低。 At present,the use of cold recycling technology for old mixes is limited to use as"black aggregate",and the recovery and reuse of aged asphalt from old asphalt mixes is undoubtedly realized by adding light oil regenerant to cold recycled mixes. Which is the best use of the old asphalt mixture. The effect of three factors on the performance of cold reclaimed asphalt mixture is studied through experiments on the content of light oil reclaiming agent,the time of stuffing,and the ratio of light oil reclaiming agent. The test results show that the optimum dosage of light oil regeneration agent is 0. 75%,the time of stuffing is 0 min,the strength of cold reclaimed asphalt mixture is the best,and the ratio of light oil to regenerant is 7∶ 3. The road performance analysis shows that,according to the optimal regeneration agent design scheme to add light oil regeneration agent,cold reclaimed asphalt mixture water stability and low temperature performance improved significantly,but the dynamic stability decreased slightly.
