摘要
沥青混合料的低温性能是寒区沥青路面低温开裂的主要影响因素,现有的改性沥青低温性能不能满足寒区沥青路面PG技术规范的要求。在黑龙江省常用道路沥青性能与复合改性沥青性能的PG评价结果基础上,对不满足PG_(m^n)低温性能标准的黑龙江省道路沥青进行了进一步的复合改性,对相应的复合改性沥青混合料性能进行了PG评价,研究目标是研发适合PG_(m^n)技术标准的黑龙江省道路沥青。研究内容包括:复合改性剂与复合改性沥青混合料的组成设计,复合改性沥青混合料高低温性能评价等。研究结果表明,以PG技术指标为标准的复合改性沥青混合料的高温车辙与低温开裂性能均有较明显的提高,基本满足PG_(m^n)技术标准的要求。研究结果对改善黑龙江省沥青路面的低温性能具有一定的理论与实用价值。
The low temperature performance of asphalt mixture is the main influence factor of asphalt pavement cracking at low temperature in cold regions,the low temperature performance of existing modified asphalt mixture does not meet the requirements of PG technical specifications for asphalt pavement in cold area. On the basis of PG evaluation results for the performance of road asphalt and composite modified asphalt in Heilongjiang province,the road asphalt in Heilongjiang province which does not meet PGm~n standards at low temperature was further modified,and the corresponding performance of composite modified asphalt mixture was evaluated by PG tests,the objective of the project attempts to research and develop the composite modified asphalt which meets the PGm~n standards in Heilongjiang province. The research contents include proportion design of composite modified asphalt and mixture,evaluation on high and low temperature performance of modified asphalt mixture,etc. The research results showed that the high temperature rut and low temperature cracking of the composite modified asphalt mixture are significantly improved based on PGm~n standards,and basically meet the requirements of PGm~n standards. The research results have some theoretical and practical value to improve the low temperature performance of asphalt pavement in Heilongjiang province.
