摘要 为了研究无起爆药雷管中火药在填充域的燃烧转爆轰反应的问题,以某无起爆药火焰雷管为研究对象,建立了二维两相流数学物理模型,采用Mac Cormack两步预估校正差分格式及"运动控制体"运动边界处理方法进行数值计算,结果表明,该无起爆药火焰雷管燃烧转爆轰可行性,对无起爆药雷管的设计有一定参考价值。 Numerical simulation is carried out to study development of DDT of propellant in filling region in nonpriming material detonator. The two-dimensional and two-phase flow of mathematical and physical model is established by taking a nonpriming flame detonator as study object. MacCormack two-step predictor correction difference scheme and moving boundary treatment method of "motion control body" are used to realize numerical calculation. Results showed that such nonpriming flame detonator is feasible to realize DDT, which has certain referencevalue for design of nonpriming material detonator.
