技术状态管理计划编制研究

Research on Planning of Technical configuration management

依据对"GJB 3206—10技术状态管理"的有关规定,分析了技术状态管理计划的构成、编制中常见的问题、技术状态控制组织的建立及职责,以及技术状态标识、控制、记实与审核工作的编制方法,指导解决技术状态管理计划空洞、可行性和有效性差、编制难的问题。

According to the technical configuration management of GJB 3206-010, the composition of technical status management plans, common problems in the preparation, the establishment of technical status control organizations and responsibilities are analyzed, and the technical status identification, control, documenting and auditing methods are also presented. The research results can play a role of solving the problems of poor management of technical state management plans, poor feasibility and effectiveness, and difficult preparation.
