摘要
离子液体是一种新型的绿色介质和功能材料,有望成功替代传统有机溶剂。目前离子液体以其特有的性质已成为酶催化领域的研究热点;对离子液体的分类、制备方法以及特点做了系统的阐述;归纳了近年来离子液体在生物酶催化领域中所取得的成就,分析了现阶段应用中存在的问题;展望了未来可能的发展方向。
Ionic liquid is a new type of given medium and functional material, it is expected to be the substitute of traditional organic solvents. At present, ionic liquid has become a research hot spot in the field of enzyme catalysis because of its unique properties. The classification, preparation methods and characteristics of ionic liquids were systematically described. The achievements of ionic liquids in the field of biological enzyme catalysis in recent years were summarized. The problems existing in the application of ionic liquids in this field were analyzed. Its possible future direction were also presented in the article.
