雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的疗效探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法 100例感染后咳嗽患儿,采用信封随机分组模式分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患儿进行雾化吸入治疗,观察组患儿进行雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗。比较两组患儿咳嗽恢复情况、治疗效果、复发率和治疗安全性、临床症状评分。结果观察组患儿咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率、不良事件发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿各临床症状评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特具有疗效高、作用性强、操作简单等优势,用于感染后咳嗽患儿中效果显著,能够改善患儿咳嗽、咽痒等症状,提高用药安全性。 Objective To discuss the efficacy of aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast in the treatment of post-infectious cough in children. Methods A total of 100 children with post-infectious cough were divided by envelope random grouping method into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation, and the observation group was treated with aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast. Comparison were made on cough recovery, treatment effect, recurrence rate and treatment safety and clinical symptom score between the two groups. Results The observation group had shorter cough relief time and cough disappearance time than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The observation group had higher total effective rate as 96.00% than 72.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The observation group had lower recurrence rate and incidence of adverse events than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The observation group had lower clinical symptom score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Combination of atomization inhalation and montelukast has the advantages of high efficacy, strong action and simple operation. It shows remarkable effect for children with post-infection cough and can improve the symptom of cough and pharynx itching, along with the safety of medication.
