乳腺理疗仪联合乳通贴和枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗乳腺增生的临床有效性研究

Study on clinical effectiveness of breast physiotherapy instrument combined with Rutong sticker and tamoxifen citrate tablets in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands

目的探究乳腺理疗仪联合乳腺散结贴(商品名:乳通贴)和枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗乳腺增生的临床有效性。方法 120例乳腺增生患者,根据治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用乳腺理疗仪联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗,研究组在对照组的治疗基础上再联用乳通贴予以治疗,比较两组临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果研究组总有效率96.67%显著高于对照组的85.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率5.00%明显低于对照组的16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺增生患者中采用乳腺理疗仪联合乳通贴和枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗,不仅可以取得良好的临床疗效,而且安全性较高,能够避免患者出现系列并发症,值得在临床上进一步推广及应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of breast physiotherapy instrument combined with Ruxian Sanjie sticker（trade name： Rutong sticker） and tamoxifen citrate tablets in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods A total of 120 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands as study subjects were divided by different treatment methods into research group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with breast physiotherapy instrument combined with tamoxifen citrate tablets, and the research group was treated with Rutong sticker on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and occurrence of complications between the two groups was compared. Results The research group had higher total effective rate as 96.67% than 85.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The research group had obviously lower incidence of complications as 5.00% than 16.67% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of breast physiotherapy instrument, Rutong sticker and tamoxifen citrate tablets shows excellent clinical efficacy in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with high safety, and it can avoid a series of complications. It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
