传统执法督察办公人员案件派发依靠纸质地图.基于此, 针对规划部门执法督察办公人员的迫切需求, 通过研究执法督察的执法工序, 依托ArcGIS API for Android, 在移动端进行系统开发, 实现了移动督察系统.可在移动端查看执法必备地图, 并实现案件派发管理与坐标定位, 有效提高了执法督察的办事效率, 提升了规划部门的信息化水平.

Traditional law enforcement and supervision office workers rely on paper maps provided by the case. Based on this, in view of the planning department and the urgent need of law enforcement and supervision office staff, through the study of law enforcement process, law enforcement and supervision based on ArcGIS API for android, system development in the mobile terminal, mobile supervision system is realized.It can view the necessary map of law enforcement on the mobile terminal, and realize the distribution management and coordinate positioning of the case, effectively improve the office efficiency of the law enforcement inspector, and improve the informatization level of the planning department.
