采煤工作面底板突水机理研究及注浆堵水技术应用

摘要 金鼎煤业二1煤层开挖后引起应力重新分布使底板岩体应力环境进一步恶化, 加剧了底板原有裂隙和结构面的扩展、错动、贯通, 甚至产生新裂隙.当这些原生结构面和新裂隙与下伏高压含水层沟通形成导水通道时便导致矿井突水, 利用先进注浆堵水技术仅用205天便成功堵水, 堵水率100%. The stress redistribution caused by the excavation of No.21 coal seam in Jinding Coal Mine further aggravates the stress environment of the floor rock mass, exacerbating the original cracks and structural planes in the floor, expanding, dislocating, penetrating and even creating new fractures. When these primary structures when the surface and new fractures communicate with the underlying high-pressure aquifer to form the aqueduct, it will lead to water inrush in the mine. By using advanced grouting technology, water can be blocked only in 205 days and the water plugging rate is 100%.
