本文就房建工程设计和造价的相关概念及其关系、 工程设计过程中造价控制的基本方法进行了阐述, 在此基础上提出了设计阶段控制工程造价的相关措施, 以有效控制工程造价, 并为相关学者的研究提供参考.

This paper expounded the related concepts of building engineering design and cost, and the basic methods of cost control in the process of engineering design. On this basis, the relevant measures were put forward to control the cost of the project at the design stage, so as to effectively control the cost of the project and provide reference for the research of the relevant scholars.
