城市精细化气象服务体系建设研究——以鄂尔多斯市东胜区为例

东胜区属鄂尔多斯市政治、经济、文化、科技和金融中心,在内蒙古自治区范围内率先建成“数字东胜”大系统,“云计算”产业集群化发展优势明显,“智慧气象”服务“智慧东胜”的城市精细化气象服务体系具有无法比拟独一无二的资源优势.本文结合东胜区城镇化发展需求,特别针对东胜区精细化气象服务体系建设提出发展思路.

In Dongsheng district of ordos city politics, economy, culture, science and technology and financial center,within the scope of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region was the first to build ＂digital Dongsheng＂ system, ＂cloud computing＂ industry cluster development of obvious advantages, ＂wisdom＂ meteorological service ＂Dongsheng＂ wisdom city of fine weather service system has a unique resource advantages can＇t compare with. In this paper, the author put forward the development idea for the construction of the refined meteorological service system in Dongsheng district.
