某客运洗涤厂结构加固改造设计

摘要 本文对哈尔滨铁路局客运洗涤厂中一多层厂房建筑进行了安全性鉴定,并根据业主要求对其裙房部分进行加固改造,使其满足使用要求。通过对增加钢屋架后原结构框架梁、板、柱以及结构基础的承载能力计算分析,分别对不同的结构构件和基础提出了相应的加固改造设计方案,可供同类工程设计参考。 This article has carried out the safety appraisal of a multi-storey factory building in Harbin Railway Bureau passenger washing plant. At the same time,the engineering of the podium wasreinforced. Based on the calculation and analysis of the bearing capacity of the original frame beam,plate and column,and the structural foundation of the original truss,the corresponding reinforcementand reconstruction design schemes for different structural members and foundations were proposed.
