短腿石膏与带线铆钉治疗三角韧带损伤的疗效观察

摘要 目的比较短腿石膏与带线铆钉治疗三角韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析75例踝关节骨折伴三角韧带损伤患者的临床资料,其中26例为短腿石膏固定治疗(对照组),49例为带线铆钉治疗(观察组)。比较两组患者手术时间、术中失血量、术后住院时间及愈合时间,术后12个月分别采用美国足与踝关节协会(AOFAS)踝与后足主观评分、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分评价踝关节功能恢复情况及疼痛情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组三角韧带愈合时间及术后住院时间均较短,手术时间较长,术中出血量较多(均P<0.05)。术后12个月,两组患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组AOFAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用带线铆钉治疗三角韧带损伤的临床疗效优于短腿石膏固定,可加快踝足关节功能恢复。
