闽北岩茶经济圈建设与发展探析

Discussion on the Construction and Development of Economic Circle of Rock Tea in North Fujian

岩茶是福建闽北地区的优势产业,岩茶产业的发展可以有效增加闽北农民的收入,推动闽北的农村经济。但是自20世纪90年代以来,闽北岩茶的发展遇到了瓶颈,出现了产业化水平不高,收益不显著等问题。该文通过界定闽北岩茶经济圈的区位,探析建设岩茶经济圈的产业基础、优势特色及存在的问题,提出以武夷山为核心,整合闽北茶业资源,通过茶旅结合、打造品牌及产品多元化等发展思路。

Rock tea is the advantageous industry in northern areas of Fujian.The development of rock tea industry can effectively increase farmer＇s income and promote the rural economy in northern Fujian.However,since 1990 s,the development of rock tea in north Fujian has suffered the bottleneck period,and caused many problems,i.e.,not high industrialization level,no significant benefits.In this paper,the geographic location of the rock tea economic circle in Minbei（the north part of Fujian）was defined,and the industrial foundation,advantages and features,as well as existing problems for the construction of the rock tea economic circle were analyzed.Then the development strategy,including combining tea with tourism,brand construction,and diversifying product,etc.,were proposed by integrating the tea resources in north Fujian with Wuyi Mountain as the core.
