摘要 为了提高燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组旁路控制水平,实现旁路在启停过程的全自动控制,通过对某M701F4型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组(双轴)启停过程进行分析研究,对机组启停过程状态判断、旁路压力设定、压力设定速率、旁路控制模式切换、旁路与汽轮机调门的配合等问题提出了针对性的优化方案,优化后实现了机组旁路从启动到并网的启动过程全自动以及启停机过程(包括非正常停机过程)旁路与汽轮机调门的自动配合,提高了机组的自动化水平,保障了机组的安全稳定运行。 In order to improve control level of the bypass of gas-steam combined cycle unit and realize its full process automatic control in the course of start-stop,this paper analyzes and studies start-stop process of one M701 F4 gas-steam combined cycle unit and proposes pointed optimization schemes for judgement on start-stop state of the unit,bypass pressure setting,pressure setting rate,bypass control mode switching,coordination of bypass and valve of the steam turbine,and so on.After the optimization,it has realized full automation of start-up process of the unit bypass from start-up to grid-connection and automatic coordination of the bypass and the valve of steam turbine in the course of start-stop including abnormal shutdown.Meanwhile,it has improved automation level of the unit and ensured safe and stable operation of the unit.
