摘要 在规模化电力电缆面临入廊决策背景下,科学测算电力电缆入廊有偿使用费,可以为制订收费标准提供依据,提高电力公司对电力管线入廊的积极性。通过研究国内常用的综合管廊有偿使用费分摊方法,综合考虑管廊建设成本分摊法、电力管线单独敷设成本法、综合评估法的优点,结合电力管线的实际情况,建立了电力电缆入廊有偿使用费测算模型,并通过实际案例测算验证了该模型的适用性。 It is able to provide basis for formulating charging standard and improving enthusiasm of electric companies in power lines entering into utility tunnels under the background of large-scale power cables entering into utility tunnels.By studying frequently-used apportionment methods for paid use fee of the utility tunnel in domestic,this paper considers advantages of the apportionment method for construction cost of the utility tunnel,the cost method for individual laying of power lines and the comprehensive evaluation method,and combines actual situations of power lines to establish the measurement and calculation model for paid use fee of power cable entering into the utility tunnel.Meanwhile,on the basis of actual cases,it verifies feasibility of this model.
