摘要
以朝阳地区5年生文冠果1年生枝条为研究对象,探究了单刻芽和环刻芽2种不同刻芽方式对不同部位芽的内源激素含量及平衡的影响。结果表明,刻芽处理对文冠果枝条各部位芽的内源激素有显著影响,同一刻芽枝条侧芽的内源激素含量均高于对照组,其中GA3、ZT、IAA含量增加,ABA含量减少,并且单刻芽的作用高于环刻芽。此外,经单刻芽处理的枝条各个部位芽的GA3/ABA和ZT/IAA比值均显著高于环刻芽处理。刻芽可使文冠果枝条内源激素重新分配,从而有效的削弱顶端优势;文冠果的最适刻芽方式为单刻芽。
The annual branches of five-year-old Xanthoceras sorbifolias in Chaoyang area were selected as the research object to explore effects of different bud-notching treatments(single sprout and ring carved bud) on endogenous hormone content and balance in buds. Result shows that bud-notching treatments has obvious effect on endogenous hormones in different parts of the bud branches of Xanthoceras sorbifolia. The contents of endogenous hormones in lateral buds from the same branches are higher than the control,among of which GA3,ZT,IAA content increase,ABA content decrease. Moreover,the effects of single bud-notching are higher than ring bud-notching. In addition,the ratio of GA3/ABA ZT/IAA in the buds at each part of the branches treated by single bud-notching treatment is significantly higher than that in the ring carved bud treatment. This study indicates that bud-notching can redistribute endogenous hormones in branches of Xanthoceras sorbifolia effectively and weak the apical dominance,in which single sprout is the most suitable sorbifolia way for Xanthoceras sorbifolia.
