摘要
基于实现旋转干涉仪模糊相位差切换阵列定位不同干涉仪之间相位差快速累积的目的,设计了一种高速切换的10×2射频开关矩阵。开关矩阵采用高速切换开关单元和周期高速切换控制指令的方法,验证了单星旋转干涉仪定位在不同频段的定位精度。开关矩阵以PIN开关为基本单元,并从工程应用角度详细分析设计了矩阵的开关时间、隔离度和线性度等影响定位精度的关键指标。通过载荷系统的外场挂飞试验,开关矩阵各项射频指标和高速切换功能可靠稳定,满足系统定位使用需求,为后续快响侦察卫星载荷的研究提供了有力依据。
Based on the purpose of realizing the rapid phase difference accumulation of the rotation interferometer fuzzy phase difference positioning between the different interferometers,a 10×2 RF switch matrix with high-speed switching is designed. The switch matrix uses the high-speed switching switch unit and periodic high-speed switching control instructions,to verify the positioning accuracy of rotation interferometer of single-star in different frequency bands. The designed 10×2 switch matrix chooses PIN tube as the basic unit,and the key indexes as switching time,isolation and linearity are designed from the engineering application. Through the field flight test of the system,the RF indexes and the highspeed switching function are stable and reliable to meet the needs of the positioning requirements,which provides a strong basis for the further study of the operationally responsive satellite payload.
