摘要 为实现对某型火炮的数字化随动系统性能进行快速检测,设计一种基于STM32单片机的数字传信仪。利用上位机发送高低、方位的运动方式和参数给下位机,下位机生成主令通过CAN总线传给随动系统。通过观察随动系统的运动情况及反馈量是否正常到达检测的目的。本文重点分析了在嵌入式实时操作系统RT-Thread环境下单片机与外部设备实时通信的实现方法,搭建了相关的硬件电路,实现了主令生成,达到了预期效果,具有一定的实际应用价值。 In order to realize the rapid detection of the digital servo system of a certain gun,a digital transmitter based on STM32 microcontroller is designed. The computer is used to send high and low direction movement and parameters to MCU,and MCU generates command,which is sent to the servo system through the CAN bus. By observing the movement of the servo system and the amount of feedback the purpose of diagnosis is achieved. This paper focuses on the implementation of real-time communication between MCU and external equipment using RT-Thread real-time embedded operating system. The related hardware circuits are built,and the master command generation algorithm is implemented.
