摘要 本文基于改进目前高低温试验箱集中监控系统可靠性差、成本高、效率低的目的,采用WIFI无线通讯监控技术和基于C++软件自主开发的应用软件,结合高低温试验箱的特点,实现了对某军工单位研发实验室10余台不同种类高低温试验箱的集中监控,通过两年多的试验验证,得出采用WIFI无线通讯监控技术可实现对多台环境试验箱的远程可靠监控,为试验测试人员提供了实时、形象、动态的监控方法和手段,提高了设备工作效率60%且减低人工成本30%以上。 In this paper,based on the improved current poor reliability and high cost,efficiency of the high and low temperature test chamber centralized monitoring system. the purpose of using WIFI wireless monitoring technology and application software based on C ++ software developed,combining the characteristics of high and low temperature test chamber,realizes the research laboratory of a military units more than 10 different kinds of high and low temperature test chamber,centralized monitoring,through more than two years of experiment,it is concluded that the WIFI wireless monitoring technology can realize the more reliable remote monitoring of environmental test chamber,the tester to test provides real-time,image,the dynamic monitoring method and means,improve the equipment work efficiency and reduce labor costs 60% more than 30%.
