摘要 为便于操作者在心肺复苏的胸外按压过程中较好地把握按压深度和频率,本文设计了一种多功能便携式心肺复苏辅助器.本辅助器是以微处理器进行控制单元,采用压力最值检测加速度二次积分算法获取实时监测按压力度,并根据患者体型判断按压力度是否满足要求,力度过大或过小都会通过led灯和声报警提示.本辅助器设计布局合理,可实现对按压深度、心电、血氧、脉搏同时采集和定量检测.本辅助器的研制将实现心肺复苏器性能的全面、快速检测,对提高心肺复苏器的生产、流通及应用等环节的检测能力具有重要意义. A new multi-functional portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)device is designed for the correct depth and optimal timing during the external cardiac compression. The control unit of this device is made up of a microprocessor. The pressure of the most value for real-time monitoring of two times according to the pressure integral algorithm is used to measure the acceleration. The patient body pressure is used to check if it meets the requirements. If the force is too large or too low, the device will give an alarm with audible beep and visible flashing light. The design and layout of the auxiliary device is reasonable, which can achieve the simultaneous acquisition and quantitative detection of pressing depth, ECG, blood oxygen and pulse. The development of the auxiliary device will realize the fast and overall detection of the CPR machines, which remains vital important in improving the detecting abilities of the CPR machines during the links of registration, production,circulation and functioning.
