新时代农业合作社与农业现代化关系的研究

The Relationships Between Agricultural Cooperatives and Agricultural Modernization in the New Era

中国的农业现代化道路不是一成不变的,而是随着对农业现代化内涵理解的深化而不断调整方向,从建国后的主张发展"石油农业"到鼓励发展"生态农业"再到支持发展"知识农业",而在社会主义新时代下则更进一步地将农民的发展和农村的发展一起并入到农业现代化内涵之中。然而在这一串的演变之下,农业领域广泛开展的合作经济却一以贯之,只是合作经济的形式随着现代化道路的改变而做出调整。那么在新时代下,对农业现代化内涵的理解,则决定了合作经济应当采取新型农民专业合作社的形式,而合作社则会成为新时代下农业现代化的重要载体。

The road to realize agriculture modernization in China is dynamic. It has been continually modified with the deepening comprehension of agriculture modernization. Since the founding of the PRC,the strategy of agriculture has gone through the stages of petroleum agriculture,ecological agriculture and knowledge agriculture. And now,in the new era of socialism,farmer development and rural development are further integrated into the content of agriculture modernization. But the practice —agriculture specialized cooperative economic remains,with adjustment to adapt the change of modernization road. The cooperative organization will be an important carrier of agriculture modernization. The understanding of agriculture modernization connotation in new era determines that the cooperative economy should take the form of new-type agriculture specialized cooperative organization.
