社会网络重构下新生代农民工借贷行为与约束研究

Study on the Loan Behavior and Constraints of the New Generation of Migrant Workers under the Background of Social Network Reconstruction

随着市民化进程的推进,新生代农民工在城市定居和发展的意愿更加强烈。新生代农民工正在经历由以血缘、地缘为纽带的乡土社会网络,向以业缘为主的次级社会网络的转变,导致其社会网络中的双重脱嵌格局。为了满足城市定居、生活以及创业等方面的需要,新生代农民工存在着借贷需求。在社会网络重构背景下,原有的乡土社会网络所能提供的支持力度较小,新的社会网络无法适应现有的借贷条件,社会网络的双重脱嵌制约了新生代农民工的借贷行为。因而,提出依托社区组织加快新生代农民工社会网络重构,利用征信机制设计借贷合约,引入用人单位评价机制等方式,来加快重构新生代农民工的社会网络,并对借贷合约进行合理的设计和优化,满足新生代农民工借贷需求。

With the advancement of the citizenization process,the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers to settle and develop in the city is more intense. The new generation of migrant workers is undergoing a transformation from a local social network linked by a blood relationship and a geographical relation to a secondary social network dominated by an professional relationship,resulting in the dual disembeddedness pattern in their social network. In order to meet the needs of settlement,lives,entrepreneurship and other aspects in the city,the new generation migrant workers have the loans demand. Under the background of social network reconstruction,the original local social network can provide less support,and the new social network can＇t adapt to the existing loan conditions. The dual disembeddedness of social network restricts the loan behavior of the new generation of migrant workers. Therefore,we propose that we should speed up the reconstruction of the social network of the new generation of migrant workers,and make reasonable design and optimization of the loan contract to meet the demand of the new generation of migrant workers,by relying on community organizations to accelerate the social network reconstruction of the new generation of migrant workers,using the credit mechanism to design the loan contract and introducing the employer evaluation mechanism.
