宁德锂电新能源产业小镇创建规划研究

"特色小镇"是国家推进新型城镇化在新时期、新常态下的新举措、新模式。对于特色小镇的发展,生态环境的保护塑造是基础,产业体系的构建布局是关键,空间体系的规划则是重要的支撑。因此,随着中国城镇化发展加快,特色小镇的产业发展将显得更加重要,特色小镇在一段时间内将会以其特有的发展模式成为高端产业发展、高级人才聚集的一个重要空间载体。宁德锂电新能源产业型发展小镇,是宁德新能源产业发展的重要载体,其创建工作具有重要的意义。基此,规划研究立足"生态环境、产业发展、城镇建设、文化展示、旅游开发"等因素,根据现状概况,拟定小镇的建设方向,塑造小镇特色,预计投资建设模式,提出了宁德锂电新能源特色小镇的创建思路。

“Characteristic towns”are new measures and new models for the country to promote new urbanization in the new era and the new normal. For the development of featured towns, the protection of the ecological environment is the foundation, the layout of the industrial system is the key, and the planning of the space system is an important support. Therefore, with the acceleration of urbanization in China, the development of characteristic small towns will become even more important. Characteristic towns will become an important space carrier for the development of high-end industries and high-level talents for a certain period of time with their unique development model. Ningde lithium new energy industrial development small town, is an important carrier for the development of new energy industry in Ningde, its creation has important significance. Based on this, planning and research are based on such factors as ＂ecological environment, industrial development, urban construction, cultural display, and tourism development＂, and based on the current situation, the direction of the town＇s construction is formulated, the characteristics of the town are shaped, the investment construction model is expected, and the idea of creating a new energy town of Ningde lithium battery is proposed.
