从理论和实践相结合的观点出发，阐述了应用有界变量的概念和用个人计算机求解数学规划领域问题中的线性规划、目标规划，以及混合整数规划问题的有关算法、灵敏度分析、解的修正以及软件设计。

This paper presents theoretically and practically the solutions concerning algorithms, sensitivity analysis and soultion modification as well as the package designs for the linear, goal linear and mixed integer programming in the field of mathematical programming, using the concept of bounded variables and the personal computers. The packages designed by the author have many uses in China.
