不同方法加固吹填淤泥的对比试验

Comparative tests of hydraulic mud fill with different reinforcement methods

针对沿海地区吹填淤泥工程较多,加固方法多样、效果不一的问题,结合沿海某港口工程实例,采用无砂垫层浅层真空预压法、无砂垫层先浅层后深层真空预压法(直排式二次处理)、有砂垫层真空预压法、有砂垫层真空联合堆载预压法等4种加固方法对吹填淤泥进行对比试验,试验结束后通过十字板试验检测分析各种方法在深度方向的加固效果,得出无砂垫层先浅层后深层真空预压法(直排式二次处理)经济性及加固效果都较优的结论。

Aiming at several reinforcement methods with many hydraulic mud fill projects around coastalareas but different effects , we combine with a certain port engineering and use four different reinforcement methods to reinforce hydraulic mud fill , such as no sand bed vacuum preloading method from shallow to deep （ direct draining and secondary processing ）, sand bed vacuum preloading method , and sand bed vacuum-load consolidation.We use vane shear tests to analysis the reinforcement effect in depth direction ,and obtain the conclusion that no sand bed vacuum preloading method from shallow to deep （ direct draining andsecondary processing ） is better than others in economical efficiency and reinforcement effect aspects.
