河南省大众创新创业生态体系建设及其运营机制研究

Research on the Construction and Operation Mechanism of the Public Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Henan Province

在经济新常态下,推进创新创业对于深入实施创新驱动发展战略、保障和扩大就业、优化经济结构、加快新旧动能转换、提升国民经济竞争力具有重要意义。本研究以河南省"双创"为例,首先,阐释了大众创新创业生态系统的概念与特征;其次,对国内外的重要创业园和创新生态系统进行了介绍,并对其差异进行了分析;最后,结合河南省的"双创"生态体系,提出了适合河南省的"双创"运营机制和优化生态体系建设的相关策略。

Under the new normal economy, pushing innovation and entrepreneurship has great significance to further implement the strategy of innovation driven development, safeguard and expand employment, optimize the economic structure, accelerate the old and the new kinetic energy transformation, and promote the competitiveness of the national economy. The research took "innovation and entrepreneurship" in Henan Province as an example. First, it illustrated the concept and characteristics of mass innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.Secondly, the paper introduced the important entrepreneurship parks and innovation ecosystems at home and abroad, and analyzed the difference. Finally, based on the "innovation and entrepreneurship" ecological system of Henan Province, this paper put forward the relevant strategies for the "innovation and entrepreneurship" operation mechanism and the optimization of ecological system construction in Henan Province.
