地方高校转型期校企合作办学模式发展建议——以许昌学院瑞贝卡学院为例

Suggestions on the Development of School-enterprise Cooperative Running School Model in Local Colleges and Universities Transformation Period——Taking Rebecca School,Xuchang College as an Example

自高校扩招以来,毕业生人数逐年上升,为了使高校毕业生更加容易融入社会,地方高校转型发展已经成为势不可挡的趋势。而以培养应用型人才为目的的校企合作办学是转型教育普遍应用的一种模式,这种模式正在被各大地方高校如火如荼地探索和开展着。然而在取得一定成效的同时,校企合作在实践中也渐渐暴露出一些问题。本文以许昌学院瑞贝卡学院为例,提出了地方高校转型期校企合作办学发展建议。

Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the number of graduates increasedyear by year, in order to make college graduates more easily blend to the society, the development of local colleg？es transformation has become an irresistible trend. The school-enterprise cooperative running school with thepurpose of cultivating application-oriented talents is a mode of transformation of education, which is being ex？plored and carried out by universities in various places. However, at the same time of getting certain achieve？ments, the school-enterprise cooperation has gradually revealed some problems in practice. This paper, takingthe Rebecca School of Xuchang College as an example, proposed the suggestions on the development of schoolenterprisecooperative running school in local colleges and universities transformation period.
