摘要
在经济保持持续增长和资源环境约束趋紧的严峻形势下,低碳城市建设已成为郑州市实现可持续发展的必然选择。立足郑州市社会经济发展现状,基于城市碳排放测算框架,采用科学的计算标准,系统测算了郑州市2006—2015年的碳排放情况,分析碳排放总量、人均碳排放、碳排放强度变化情况,最后通过分析郑州低碳城市建设中存在的优势与限制因素,提出郑州低碳城市建设的具体建议。
Under the severe situation of sustained economic growth and tight resource and environmental constraint, the construction of low-carbon city has become an inevitable choice for Zhengzhou to realize sustain.able development. The study, based on the current situation of social and economic development in Zhengzhou,according to the urban carbon emission measurement framework, adopted scientific calculation standards, mea.sured the carbon emission of Zhengzhou from 2006 to 2015 systematically, and analyzed the total carbon emis.sions, per capita carbon emissions, and carbon emission intensity changes. Finally, though analyzing the advan.tages and limitations of the construction of low-carbon city in Zhengzhou, the paper put forward corresponding suggestions.
