Research on Urban Waste Treatment Model Innovation and Value Cocreation Mechanism

近年来,垃圾围城、水土污染、能源危机等问题逐渐成为人们关注的焦点,传统垃圾处理技术的局限性所带来的空气、水、土壤等污染,已危及民众的正常生活。如何更加高效清洁地处理生活垃圾,推动能源的循环利用,从而严守生态保护红线、筑造可持续发展的绿色长城,已成为当务之急。本文依据可持续发展理念,深入分析垃圾处理现状,剖析新技术推广所面临的问题,通过对洛阳市政府相关部门的调研,了解政策导向,通过分析新旧技术更迭暴露出的问题,对新型垃圾处理技术的进一步推广进行可行性分析及展望。

In recent years, issues such as garbage siege, water and soil pollution, and energy crisis havegradually become the focus of attention. Air, water, and soil pollution caused by the limitations of traditionalwaste disposal technologies have endangered people＇s normal lives. How to deal with domestic garbage more effi.ciently and cleanly, promote the recycling of energy, and thus strictly maintain the red line of the ecological pro.tection and build a sustainable-development green great wall, have become urgent tasks. Based on the conceptof sustainable development, this article analyzed the status of waste disposal in depth and the problems faced bythe promotion of new technology. Meanwhile, we understand policy orientation by investigating the related de.partments of Luoyang government. According to the problems exposed through the replacement of new and oldtechnologies, we made feasible analysis and prospects for further promotion of new waste disposal technologies.
