摘要
结合2002年电力体制改革至今的15年电力发展成果和当今形势,以历史和世界视角,对"十三五"后半程及展望2035年新能源投资思路提出初步思考。
Combined the current situation and 15 years development results from 2002 electric power system reforms,puts forward some preliminary thoughts on the second half of ＂13 th Five-Year Plan＂ and the prospect of new energy development ideas in 2035.
