切开复位钢板内固定与闭合复位外固定架在桡骨远端C型骨折中应用比较

Comparison of ORIF and CREF in type C distal radius fracture

目的对比切开复位钢板内固定与闭合复位外固定架在桡骨远端C型骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年7月~2016年4月收治的70例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机数字表分为两组,各35例。对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗,观察组给予闭合复位外固定架治疗。对比两组手术情况、腕关节恢复程度及并发症发生率。结果观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),术后两组腕关节功能恢复程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于桡骨远端骨折患者而言,采用切开复位钢板内固定与闭合复位外固定架治疗均可有效复位骨折端,在治疗方法的选择上需根据患者病情作出判断。

Objective To compare the application effects of open reduction and internal fixation （ORIF） and versus closed reduction and external fixation （ CREF） in patients with type C distal radius fracture.Methods 70 cases of distal ra-dius fractures admitted to hospital from July, 2015 to April, 2016 were selected as research object, and all the patients were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group were treated with ORIF, and the ohservation group were treated with CREF.Then,operative conditions,the degree of wrist joint recovery and in-cidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the obser- vation group was less than that in the control group, and operative time and fracture healing time was shorter than that of the control group,so difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.001 ） .There was no statistically significant difference in the de-gree of wrist function recovery between the two groups after operation（P〉0.05 ）, and the incidence of postoperative complica-tions in ohservation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with distal radius fracture,both ORIF and CREF can effectively reset fracture site,and the treatment method should he chosed according to pa-tients＇ specific conditions.
