芪双抗感汤结合西医治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染对免疫功能指标的影响

Effect of Qi Shuang Kang Gan Decoction combined with Western medicine on immune function in children with repeated respiratory tract infection

目的探讨反复呼吸道感染患儿应用芪双抗感汤结合西医治疗对免疫功能指标的影响。方法选择2015年1月~2017年8月收治的70例反复呼吸道感染患儿,根据随机数表分为两组,各35例。两组患儿均进行常规西医药物治疗,对照组使用转移因子口服溶液,观察组在对照组基础上加用芪双抗感汤。比较两组治疗30 d后免疫功能指标、中医症状积分。结果观察组免疫功能指标水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组中医症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针对反复呼吸道感染患儿,采用芪双抗感汤结合西医治疗可有效改善免疫功能与临床症状,提升治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qi Shuang Kang Gan Decoction（ a kind of Traditional Chinese Medicine） combined with Western medicine on immune function index in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 70 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted to hospital from January, 2015 to August, 2017 were divided into two groups by random number table, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine, the control group were given transfer factor oral solution, and based on which the observation group were added Qi Shuang Kang Gan Decoction. After 30 days of treatment, immune function indexes and TCM symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results The level of immune function index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. And the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion For children with recurrent respiratory tract infection, Qi Shuang Kang Gan Decoction combined with Western medicine can effectively improve the level of immune function and clinical symptoms, and improve therapeutic effect.
