Access数据库用于石化工程设计的可行性和优势探讨

FEASIBILITY AND ADVANTAGES OF MICROSOFT ACCESS DATABASE IN PETROCHEMICAL ENGINEERING DESIGN

分析了目前国内石化设计企业在设计数据保存课题上存在的问题及其原因,阐述了从实际工作经验中总结出的存在于传统石油化工设计数据处理方法中的短板和弊端,以及这些数据处理方法上的不完善对于导致数据孤岛、阻碍数据标准建立等所产生的影响。针对这些问题,提出了通过引入Access数据库作为中间文件及建立科室数据管理人角色来解决以上问题的一个初步方案,并设计了一个针对国内大型石化设计院一线工程设计人员情况的Access培训课程。

This paper analyzes the existing problems of design data store in Chinese petrochemical engineering design companies and their causes, and based on practical experiences, illustrates the drawbacks of traditional petrochemical design data processing and their influences on data isolation and the establishment of standard data models. A preliminary solution,which uses Access database as intermediate data file and adds "specialty data manager "in department,is provided to address the above problems,and on-job-training is designed for frontline petrochemical design engineers to use Access database in practice.
