碳四烯烃与烷烃萃取分离条件的优化 被引量:4

摘要 简述碳四烯烃与烷烃萃取分离工艺流程,以某典型碳四馏分的组成、流量及分离要求为例,根据碳四烯烃、烷烃的相对挥发度及丁二烯装置的运行经验,选择含水量为5%~10%的乙腈水溶液为萃取剂,采用PROII模拟,研究溶剂比和回流比的萃取分离影响,找到最佳的萃取分离条件。计算结果表明,采用乙腈水溶液为溶剂,增加溶剂比或回流比,均能显著提高丁烯和丁烷的萃取分离效果,可以高效分离碳四烷烃和烯烃,获得较高浓度丁烯和丁烷,满足工艺要求。溶剂比为8.5~9.5,回流比为2~3,此为最佳萃取分离条件。 The extraction separation process of C_4 olefins and butanes is briefly introduced. The composition,flow rate and separation requirements of a typical C_4 fraction is taken as an example,and acetonitrile aqueous solution with a water content of 5% ~ 10% is selected as extractant according to the relative volatility of C_4 olefins and butanes and the experiences in the operation of butadiene extraction unit. PROII simulation is used to study the extraction separation effect of solvent ratio and reflux ratio to obtain the best extraction separation conditions. The results show that using acetonitrile aqueous solution as solvent,the extraction separation effect of butene and butane can be significantly improved by increasing the solvent ratio or reflux ratio,and the C_4 olefins and butanes can be efficiently separated to obtain high concentration butene and butane and meet the process requirements. Solvent ratio of 8. 5 ~ 9. 5 and reflux ratio of 2 ~ 3 are the best extraction separation conditions.
