摘要
介绍了某专利商的临氢/固定床歧化和烷基转移工艺专利技术并使用该专利商研发的新一代专用催化剂,应用在某公司芳烃项目歧化及烷基转移装置上。从原料、产品、主要设备操作参数、物料平衡、歧化反应考核指标以及能耗等方面介绍了装置开工及运行情况,对开工中遇到的问题提出了处理意见和建议。对装置操作平稳后的性能进行了考核。其结果表明,除化学氢耗为0.56%(w)稍高外,混合芳烃的转化率[不低于48.0%(w)]、苯和C_8芳烃的总选择性[84.7%(w)以上〗、装置能耗等均达到或优于专利商的保证值或设计值。
This paper introduces the patented hydro-fixed bed disproportionation and transalkylation technology of a licensor and the application of its new generation catalyst in the disproportionation and transalkylation unit of an aromatics project,introduces the start-up and operation of the unit from the aspects of raw materials,products,operating parameters of main equipment, material balance, evaluation indexes for disproportionation reaction and energy consumption, puts forward some measures against the problems encountered during start-up,and carries out the performance test of the unit after stable operation is achieved. The results show that except for the slightly high chemical hydrogen consumption( 0. 56 wt%),the conversion rate of mixed aromatics( no less than 48. 0 wt%),the total selectivity of benzene and C_8 aromatics( above 84. 7 wt%) and the energy consumption have reached or surpassed the guaranteed values or design values of the licensor.
