摘要
以NB/T47041、UBC-97、IBC-2009、IBC-2012对应的风荷载设计规范GB 50009—2012、UBC—97、ASCE/SEI7—05、ASCE/SEI7—10中的基本风压为研究对象,阐述基本风压的不同源于基本风速的不同。分析了影响基本风速的6个因素,指出这4个风荷载设计规范的主要差异体现在平均风速的时距及重现期的规定上不一致。通过比较平均风速时距的换算方法,给出两种计算方法解决了平均风速在GB 50009和UBC—97之间转换时时距不同的问题,并强调从工程角度而言此两种方法的计算精度类似;提出了考虑重现期的建议。特别指出:由于ASCE7—05与ASCE/SEI7—10计算出的风荷载是一样的,因此在工程计算时,可以按ASCE/SEI7—05对应的风速或风压与GB 50009—2012进行转换。
This paper studies the basic wind pressure in GB50009—2012, UBC—97, ASCE/SEI7—05 and ASCE/SEI7—10,the design codes for wind load corresponding to NB/T47041,UBC—97,IBC—2009 and IBC—2012,indicates tha the differences between basic wind pressures come from the different basic wind speeds,analyzes the six factors influencing the basic wind speed,and points out that the main differences between these four design codes for wind load lie in the differen regulations on the time interval and recurrence interval of mean wind speed. By comparing the conversion methods of time interval of mean wind speed, two calculation methods are provided to solve the different time interval problem in the conversion of mean wind speed between GB50009 and UBC—97,and it is emphasized that these two methods provide simila calculation accuracy. Some suggestions for considering the recurrence interval are put forward.
