摘要
针对当前主要阀门保温形式存在能耗高、重复利用率低、现场装拆效率低、安全隐患等系列问题进行研究攻关,主要介绍了新型高效阀门保温技术的性能特点及优势:保温效果好、可重复使用,便于检修,易于发现泄漏点并可引导溢出的液流。分析该技术产品在热力系统保温中的实用性,并列举实例进行节能效益计算和技术经济分析。结果表明,新型高效阀门保温技术从根本上解决了传统保温工艺存在的系列问题,其节能效果及经济效益都具有传统保温产品无可比拟的优势,极具推广和使用价值。
This paper studies the problems in the main valve insulation forms including high energy consumption, low repeated utilization rate,low on-site assembly and dismantling efficiency and safety risks,mainly introduces the performance characteristics and advantages of a new and efficient valve insulation technology, analyzes the practicability of this technology in the insulation of thermal system,and provides examples for the energy efficiency calculation and the technical and economic analysis. The results show that this new and efficient valve insulation technology can fundamentally solve the problems in traditional insulation technologies, and both its energy saving benefit and economic benefit have overwhelming advantages compared with traditional insulation technologies. It is worth popularizing and using.
