摘要
以工程总承包(EPC)模式建设海南炼化60万t/a对二甲苯项目为例,从项目的科研开发、设计、采购、施工等方面阐述项目建设的特点和难点,介绍国产化芳烃技术开发内容和特点,科研开发过程的设计管理,多项目一体化实施集中采购,现场二甲苯塔大型设备吊装和吸附塔内件的安装等过程;为以后芳烃装置的建设执行提出优化建议。
Taking the 600 kt/a para-xylene complex at SINOPEC Hainan Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,which adopts EPC model,as an example,this paper discusses the characteristics and difficulties in the project construction from perspectives of scientific research and development,engineering,procurement and construction, introduces the scope and features of the development of domestic aromatics technologies,the engineering management during scientific research and development, the integrated procurement for multi-projects and the site hoisting of large equipment for para-xylene column and site installation of internals for absorption column, and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of aromatics complex in the future.
