摘要 为了解决智能小区中电网与用户不同优化目标的协调问题,提出一种基于Open ADR2.0的智能小区能量协同调度方法。首先,以智能小区为研究对象,构建了Open ADR2.0应用于智能小区的部署架构,建立了分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)和家居设备模型;然后,综合考虑多种DG与居民用户侧响应潜力,提出双层优化调度模型。在用户层模型中,根据智能控制层发布需求响应(Demand Response,DR)事件与分时电价,在满足用户舒适度约束的前提下,以最小化用户费用为目标优化家居设备运行;在智能控制层模型中,根据电网调度需求、光伏出力预测和用户层调度结果,以最小化调度成本为目标优化所管控资源各时段的调度计划。最后,通过不同模式下优化结果对比,验证了模型的有效性。 To achieve the coordination optimization of grid and customer in smart community,this paper proposed a customer energy co-scheduling approach based on Open ADR2. 0( Open Automated Demand Response,Open ADR). First,the deployment architecture for smart community is built using Open ADR2. 0,and a distributed generation and a load model are then developed. Then,a bi-level optimal schedule and control model is proposed based on various distributed generations and potential of household load in demand response. The customer-layer model is devoted to minimizing the customers' cost through optimizing load dispatching scheme based on DR events and time-of-use price with customers' comfortable constraints,and the intelligent control-layer is to minimize the scheduling cost of the resource under the jurisdiction according to the customer-layer scheduling results and PV output prediction. Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified by comparing the results in different modes.
