摘要
当前火电机组中锅炉吹灰汽源大多采用分隔屏过热器出口蒸汽,由于蒸汽参数高,实际运行中对机组的安全性和经济性产生较大影响。某1 000 MW火电机组将吹灰汽源改至汽轮机再热冷段,减少了高品质蒸汽的损耗,改善了吹灰站运行条件,提高了机组运行的可靠性。热平衡法是热电联产机组经济性指标计算中的常用算法,计算结果较为准确。通过热平衡计算分析法对不同吹灰汽源时的机组热经济性指标进行计算和比较,结果表明,采用再热冷段蒸汽进行吹灰能产生显著的经济效益。因此,采用再热冷段蒸汽作为吹灰汽源时,机组具有更高的安全性、可靠性和运行经济性,研究结果可为同类型机组在对锅炉吹灰汽源进行选择时提供技术依据。
At present,the boiler soot blowing steam source mostly comes from the division pendant super-heater steam with high pressure and temperature,which would probably affect the safety and economy of the unit. In a 1 000 MW thermal power unit,the soot blowing steam source is changed to cold reheated steam,by which the loss of high quality steam is remarkably reduced,and the operation condition of soot blowing station is improved as well. Therefore,the reliability of unit operation is enhanced. The thermal balance method is a common method in the economic index calculation of the cogeneration unit,and the calculation results are relatively accurate. The thermal economic indexes of the units with different blowing steam sources are calculated and compared with those obtained by the heat balance method. The results show that the use of cold reheated steam for soot blowing can produce significant economic benefits. Therefore,when the cold reheated steam is used as the blowing steam source,the unit is of better safety,reliability and operation economy. The research results can provide technical basis for the selection of boiler blowing steam sources for the same type of units.
