析文化产业管理教学之研讨法与项目法的耦合

摘要 文化产业管理专业人才的培养应侧重文化创意思维及文化转化与利润实现的能力培养.就课程教学而言,研讨式教学有利于培养学生的创意思维,而文化的转换生成能力则需要通过项目教学去养成.研讨式教学与项目教学存在着良好的耦合性,在文化产业管理专业的课程教学中能够发挥各自的优势.将研讨式教学与项目教学结合,将会实现文化创意与文化转化能力培养的合二为一,共同实现学生专业知识内化与能力输出,达到知与行的合一.为了实现最佳的教学效果,在应用这两种教学方法的时候,应采取不同的教学策略. It is important for the students to get the creative cultural thinking and the ability to transform culture as well as the ability to realize profts in cultural industry management major in the applied college. The cultivation of creative cultural thinking is highly dependent on the use of the probe teaching. However, the ability to transform culture and the ability to realize profts need to be improved through project-based teaching. So, it is necessary to combine the two teaching methods to promote the integration of knowledge and practice in education. In order to achieve the best teaching effect, different teaching strategies should be adopted when applying these two teaching methods.
