摘要
文章通过真空液相烧结工艺,制备了不同SiC_w添加量的Mo_2FeB_2金属陶瓷,研究了SiC_w添加量对Mo_2FeB_2金属陶瓷显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加的部分SiC_w存在于粘结相与硬质相的界面,阻碍了硬质相颗粒的晶界迁移,因此,能细化硬质相颗粒,但同时增加了金属陶瓷的孔隙率。当SiC_w添加量为0.5wt%时,金属陶瓷具有相对较好的力学性能。柱状硬质相颗粒对裂纹的偏转是金属陶瓷的主要增韧机制。
A series of Mo2FeB2 based cermets with different SiCw contents were fabricated by liquid phase sintering.The Effect of SiCw contents on microstrcture and mechanical properties of Mo2FeB2 based cermets was investigated.The results showed that the SiCw was located at the grain boundaries,which prevented grain boundary migration and restrained the grain growth.However,an increasing SiCw content decreased the wettability of the binder on the Mo2FeB2 hard phase.In addition,a relative better mechanical properties was obtained with the SiCw content of 0.5 wt.%,and the main toughening mechanism was characterized by the deflection of the crack.
