摘要
在线旅游产品客户需求具有多样性、个性化和动态化的特点,如何识别并快速响应客户的多样化需求,成为在线旅游行业各企业面临的重大挑战。本文通过大数据分析和方法-目的链理论的应用,为C公司在线旅游产品运营优化项目找到分析和归纳客户多样化、个性化和动态化需求的新方法。
The customer needs of online travel products is diversified,personalized and dynamic.How to identify and quickly respond to the diverse needs of customers has become a major challenge for the online travel industry.Through the application of big data analysis and the means-end chain theory,this paper found a new way to analyze and summarize the diversification,individualization and dynamic demand of C company's online travel product operation optimization project.
