企业能源加工转换环节设施维护及节能分析 被引量:1

摘要 焦炉是钢铁企业或独立生产冶金焦企业重要的能源加工转换设施。焦炉炭化室墙损坏是造成炼焦工序能耗升高的原因之一,减少炼焦过程中焦炉炭化室墙的损坏有利于焦炉的节能降耗。文章通过对焦炉炭化室墙损坏特征的研究,分析了焦炉炭化室墙损坏的原因。指出焦炉结构及炼焦操作是造成焦炉炭化室墙损坏的主要因素,并提出高压氨水喷洒无烟装煤法可能是造成焦炉炭化室墙损坏的一个主要原因。文中也提出了焦炉炉体维护及节能的措施和建议。 Coke oven is an important energy processing and-transforming facility of a steel enterprise,or,of an independent metallurgical coke-production enterprise.The damage of coke oven chamber wall is one of the reasons leading to higher energy consumption of coking.Reducing the damage in coking process is conducive to saving energy and reducing consumption of coke oven.Through the research of damage characteristics of coke oven chamber wall,the reasons of coke oven chamber wall damage were analyzed in this thesis.It pointed out that the structure of coke oven and the coking-operation way are the main factors of coke oven chamber wall damage,proposing that the high pressure ammonia-spraying-smokeless-coaling method may be one of the reasons for coke oven chamber wall damage caused.The paper also put forward the coke oven-maintenance and energy-saving measures and suggestions.
