摘要
采用SBM模型、空间自相关等方法,以县域为研究单元,探讨淮海城市群的环境效率时空格局演变特征及影响因素.2000~2015年,淮海城市群环境效率的区域差异和空间集聚程度均呈缩小趋势,主要表现为高效率县域分布呈现沿京沪、沿东陇海的"十"形格局特征,而低效率县域分布呈现分散化特征;空间关联上,H-H型县域形成了沿豫皖、皖苏省际边界区域集中分布走廊,而L-L型县域多分布于淮海城市群的边缘区域;经济发展水平、政府影响力、技术创新、人口规模和能源消费水平是影响淮海城市群经济环境效率的主要因素,其中政府影响力和技术创新能够促进环境效率的提升,经济发展水平和能源消费水平抑制着环境效率提升.
Based on the SBM model, spatial autocorrelation and other methods, the spatial temporal pattern evolu tion characteristics and influencing factors of the environmental efficiency in Huaihai Urban Agglomeration were discussed with the county area as the research unit. From 2000 to 2015, the regional differences and spatial agglomera tion degree of environmental efficiency in Huaihai Urban Agglomeration presented a decreasing trend. Mainly, the distribution of high efficiency counties appeared a pattern characteristics of the "+ " shape along Beijing ——Shanghai railway and along the east Longhai railway, but the distribution of low efficieney counties emerged a decentralization characteristic. Meanwhile, in the spatial correlation, H H type county areas formed a concentrated corridor along the provincial bonder——areas between He'nan and Anhui, Anhui and Jiangsu, while the L-L type county areas were mostly distributed in the edge areas of Huaihai Urban Agglomeration. Moreover, the level of economic development, government influence, technological innovation, population scale and energy consumption level were the main influencing factors of environmental efficiency of the agglomeration, among which government influence and technological innovation could promote the improvement of environmental efficiency, and the level of economic development and energy consumption played an inhibiting efficiency in environmental efficiency.
