淮海城市群创新能力与产业结构转型的空间耦合

Spatial coupling of innovation ability and industrial structure transformation in Huaihai Urban Agglomeration

通过构建耦合协调度模型,分析淮海城市群创新能力与产业结构转型的空间协同特征.结果表明:从2002年到2015年,淮海城市群的创新能力在增强,而其区域差异在缩小.空间上,淮海城市群创新能力呈现较为典型的核心边缘型区域格局,徐州为创新中心,但辐射扩散作用尚不够强;产业结构转型呈现以东陇海地区为中心的中间高而南北低的"凹"字型格局.淮海城市群创新能力与产业结构转型整体上处于高协调磨合阶段.依据耦合度与协调度,淮海城市群各市可划分为极协调耦合、高协调磨合、中协调拮抗3类.区域政策与发展基础是造成省际边界型城市群创新能力与产业结构转型耦合空间差异的重要原因.

By using the coupled coordination degree model, the spatial coordination characteristics of innovation capability and industrial structure transformation in Huaihai Urban Agglomeration were analyzed. In fact, from 2002 to 2015, the innovation capability of the agglomeration presented a increasing trend, while the regional differences ten ded to decrease. In space, the innovation capability appeared a typical core and marginal zone pattern, with Xuzhou as the innovation center, but the radiation effect of Xuzhou was not strong enough. And the transformation of industrial structure showed the ＂concave＂ pattern of high in middle and low in north and south, with the East Longhai region as the center. Meanwhile, the coupling relationship between innovation capability and transformation of industrial structure was generally in a phase of high coordination and adjustment. According to the degree of coupling and coordination, the cities of the agglomeration could be divided into extremely coordinating coupling, high coordination running-in, and middle coordination antagonism. In a word, the regional policies and the basis of development were important motivations for the differences in the coupling space between the innovation capability and the industrial structure transformation of the provincial boundary urban agglomeration.
