全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的应用效果评价 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析研讨全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分组研讨88例患者(糖尿病疾病),随机分组法,均为我院2015年4月~2016年7月期间收治的门诊或住院患者,44例对照组(常规健康教育)和44例观察组(全程健康教育模式),观察各患者护理状况,并从血糖、健康知识掌握状况、自我护理状况、护理满意度等方面对比,进而得出结论。结果对比两组患者遵医依从性、血糖达标率、健康知识达标率,观察组93.18%、84.09%、75%均高于对照组61.36%、63.64%、64.55%,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比干预前餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖指数,组间数据无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比干预后餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖指数,以及自我护理能力评分(自我护理技能、自我概念、自我责任感、健康知识),观察组比对照组优,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将全程健康教育模式应用到糖尿病护理管理中,可明显改善其血糖指数,提升自我管理能力和疾病知识掌握率,进而提升满意度,改善生活质量,有较大应用性。 Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical application effect of whole course health education model in nursing management of diabetes mellitus.Methods 88 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus(DM) and who accepted treatments in our hospital of outpatient or inpatient from April,2015 to July,2016 were retrospective grouped by the random grouping method,which 44 cases of the control group(routine health education) and 44 cases of the study group(whole health education mode).Then,the nursing status of each patients were observed and from comparsion of the blood sugar, health knowledge to grasp the situation, self care, nursing satisfaction and so on that were came the conclusion.Results The patients compliance, blood sugar compliance rate, health knowledge compliance rate of two groups of patients were compared,the study group were 93.18%, 84.09%,75%,which was higher than the control group of 61.36%, 63.64%, 64.55%,and the data were statistically significant(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the postprandial 2 h blood glucose and fasting glucose index before the intervention between the two groups(P〈0.05).After the intervention, the postprandial 2 h blood glucose, fasting blood glucose index, and self-care ability score(self-care skills, self-concept, self responsibility, health knowledge) were compared,the study group was better than that in the control group, and the data were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of whole course health education model in the management of diabetes care,which can significantly improve their glycemic index, improve self-management ability and knowledge of disease control rate,and then to improve satisfaction, and improve the quality of life,so there was a greater application.
